Job summary

Phoenix Contact USA is seeking a Manager, US Facilities Operations & Space Management to lead facilities operations, infrastructure services, and workplace planning across supported U.S. locations.

The role blends leadership with hands-on technical contribution to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-efficient workplaces. Responsibilities include directing the Infrastructure team, managing space utilization, renovations, and cross-functional collaboration with vendors, architects, and engineers, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive facilities operations experience.
• Experience leading multi-site teams in manufacturing or distribution settings.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and BIM tools for floor plans and layouts.
• Strong vendor management and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facilities and infrastructure operations across U.S. locations.
• Direct the Infrastructure team and set priorities, standards, and resources.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, building automation, security, and life-safety systems.
• Develop space concepts and manage occupancy planning, moves, and changes.
• Create floor plans, space layouts, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD and BIM.
• Prepare project plans, scopes, budgets, and schedules for renovations and expansions.
• Maintain digital facilities records and dashboards for decision-making.
