You will manage HVAC, electrical, security, and life-safety systems, while guiding renovations, relocations, and workplace transformations. Strong AutoCAD/BIM skills and team leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive facilities operations experience, with leadership.
• Experience with space planning, occupancy analysis, and hybrid workplace design.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily facilities and infrastructure operations across U.S. locations.
• Direct the Infrastructure team and oversee maintenance personnel as needed.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, building automation, security, life-safety, and utilities.
• Develop floor plans, space layouts, test fits, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD/BIM.
• Plan occupancy, space utilization, moves, and changes to support growth.
• Manage projects from concept through closeout, including budgeting and risk.
• Engage architects, engineers, and vendors; ensure contract and safety compliance.
• Maintain digital facilities records and KPI dashboards for decision support.
