Job summary

PEI Group in New York is seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing activities across our US events portfolio. You will develop data-driven campaigns, execute email, digital, and social programs, and coordinate content with the design and data teams to drive attendee engagement.

You are highly organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with a global marketing team. Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in B2B events marketing preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 1+ years in B2B membership and events marketing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with email development systems and CRM.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand market opportunity and build targeted email data sets.
• Plan and execute marketing across email, digital, social, and website.
• Collaborate with senior marketers to optimize event outcomes.
• Create and send email campaigns and report on KPIs.
• Maintain and update event websites and content.
• Execute social media campaigns and collaborate with design.
• Negotiate media partnerships and liaise with suppliers.
