You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale brands and improve e-commerce outcomes.

The internship offers hands-on project experience, exposure to merchant partnerships, and opportunities to contribute to live campaigns and platform initiatives in the US market.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and available for the internship period.
• Experience in e-commerce, influencer/social media, or related fields is valued.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or GMV targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; strong collaborative style.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and incubate merchants to support category growth.
• Support seller onboarding and campaign execution for TikTok Shop US.
• Analyze data to drive merchant growth and content optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, creators, and agencies.
• Assist in event planning and promotional activities.
• Provide strategic content and logistics solutions to sellers.
• Communicate updates on product developments and opportunities.
