Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Project Intern to join the US Operations team in Seattle. You will contribute to onboarding sellers, support campaigns, and help shape merchant success and user experience in TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a graduation date.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and structured reporting
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

• Seller Coordination: Support onboarding or incubating merchants, assist in tracking promotional campaigns, and help coordinate supplier communications
• Market & Data Analysis: Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
• Assortment & Strategy Support: Help build product assortment plans, evaluate new product requests, and assist in developing category-growth strategies.
