Job summary

Ohouse, a leading home platform expanding in the US, is seeking an Ecommerce Category Manager / Merchandiser to own the US product catalog and merchandising strategy. You will source, launch, and optimize listings, descriptions, photos, and pricing on Shopify, bridging design-forward inventory with affordable pricing.

You will analyze weekly SKU performance, shape taxonomy, and drive pricing experiments while forecasting inventory.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in merchandising, retail buying, or e-commerce.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; analytics experience a plus.
• Understanding of unit economics, margins, and pricing.
• Genuine eye for home furnishings and decor.
• Relentless curiosity and quick learning in ambiguity.
• Korean proficiency or willingness to work with Korea HQ.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage US product catalog and launch process on Shopify.
• Analyze SKU-level performance and adjust discounts or assortment.
• Monitor profitability and maintain healthy margins.
• Design taxonomy, tagging, and collections for product discovery.
• Influence basket size with recommendations and cross-sell.
• Run pricing and bundling experiments to drive revenue.
• Forecast merchandising to guide inventory decisions.
