Job summary

Columbus Global seeks a seasoned BLMU to lead the Dynamics 365 business in the United States. You will own revenue, profitability and growth, translating global strategies into local execution, while building capabilities, partnerships, and scalable delivery models.

You’ll drive opportunity selection, deal shaping, and strategic client engagement, balancing sales, solutioning and delivery with strong executive leadership. This is a remote US-wide leadership role with significant executive impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a consulting environment.
• 10+ years of experience within the D365 ecosystem.
• 5+ years of selling projects/analytics consultants and managing a business unit.
• Motivated to develop a new business practice and engage in sales to existing customers and new prospects.
• Knowledge of modern cloud services and AI, including Azure and data lakes.
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams.
• Strong, broad technical understanding of D365 to enable solutions and sales.

Responsibilities

• Own US Dynamics business plan, growth and financial performance.
• Lead demand generation and pipeline quality; build customer and partner relationships.
• Shape deals from discovery to closure with pricing and negotiations.
• Develop account plans, retention, expansion and cross-selling.
• Ensure profitable delivery, delivery excellence and risk management.
• Build an organization with phased hiring and scalable processes.
• Drive leadership development and succession planning.
