Job summary

NOAH is seeking a senior regional leader to own the United States strategy across Ark Wealth Management and Olive Asset Management. You will not be an executor but the founder partner, shaping strategy, team, distribution and compliance.

You will build a local market model, establish alliances with banks and IFAs, recruit the team, and ensure compliance with US SEC/FINRA. This entrepreneurial mandate offers significant autonomy and long‑term incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years in wealth/asset management or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of US SEC/FINRA regulations and compliance.
• Experience building regional strategy and leading cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Formulate US market strategy aligned with Ark Wealth and Olive Asset Management.
• Design a local business model compliant with US regulation and market dynamics.
• Build a client segmentation and service framework for global asset allocation.
• Lead identification, due diligence, and localisation of investment products.
• Build and expand a local distribution network including private banks and IFAs.
• Cultivate high‑net‑worth and institutional client relationships.
• Develop alliances with local financial institutions and ecosystem partners.
• Assemble and grow the local team; implement talent development and incentives.
• Ensure compliance with US SEC and FINRA and the firm's risk framework.
