You will redesign the operating model, develop data-driven repayment strategies, and lead the people and systems that execute it. Qualifications

• Proven collections leadership: 5+ years in B2C (consumer) collections and recoveries, incl. 3+ years in the U.S. market and 2+ years in strategy or operational leadership.
• Collections strategist: built or redesigned a collections strategy with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own collections strategy and execution from early delinquency through recoveries.
• Architect systems and technology: define and implement our collections tech stack and tooling.
• Drive portfolio performance using data, experiments, and continuous optimization.
• Embed compliance with Legal and Compliance into operations and controls.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with clear standards and coaching.
• Plan for growth under ambiguity and scale as new states come online.
