Competenze

• 5+ years in B2C collections and recoveries with US market experience.
• Experience leading strategy and operations in unsecured lending or similar.

• Own end-to-end collections strategy and execution across the portfolio.

• Drive portfolio performance using data, experiments, and optimization.
