Félix is seeking a Collections Operations Manager to lead and scale its U.S. consumer-lending collections function. This hands-on strategic leadership role will redesign the collections operating model, craft data-driven repayment strategies, implement scalable tech and controls, and own performance as the credit products expand nationwide.

The ideal candidate brings deep U.S. B2C collections experience, a track record building or transforming collections operations, and the ability to balance

Formación

• 5+ years in B2C collections and recoveries.
• 3+ years in the U.S. market.
• 2+ years in strategy or operational leadership.
• Experience with unsecured personal loans, installment lending, credit cards, or similar portfolios.
• Knowledge of FDCPA/Regulation F, TCPA and state rules for collections.
• Ability to lead collections teams and vendor partners.
• Strong data analytics and portfolio optimization skills.

• Own end-to-end collections strategy and execution.
• Architect systems and technology for the collections stack.
• Drive portfolio performance with data-driven optimization.
• Embed compliance into operations with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with vendor-management practices.
• Plan for growth when opening new states and scaling volume.
