• Experience designing and implementing collections strategies across portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end collections strategy and execution from early delinquency to recoveries.
• Architect systems and technology for loan-servicing and workflow automation.
• Drive portfolio performance with data-driven optimization and reporting.
• Embed compliance into operations with Legal and Compliance.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with clear structure and coaching.
• Plan capacity and ramp plans for growth into new states.
