Job summary

Zealand Pharma is establishing the US Compliance function ahead of commercialization, designing policies, controls and training to support future activities across commercial, medical, market access and patient services.

The Manager/Senior Manager will work with the Head of US Compliance to build frameworks, monitor risk, and guide business partners in a remote-capable role with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Compliance certification (CCEP/CHC) desirable.
• 3–5 years of compliance experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Experience supporting a US product launch in a compliance capacity.
• Working knowledge of key U.S. regulatory frameworks (Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Sunshine Act, Open Payments).
• Experience in smaller or scaling organizations with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational US compliance program, including policies, controls and training.
• Prepare launch readiness across the commercial model with regulatory alignment.
• Develop frameworks/guidance for HCP engagement and advisory boards.
• Own US-specific transparency/aggregate spend requirements with Finance.
• Design monitoring and risk assessment processes for post-launch.
• Deliver training and advise business partners across US organization.
