Job summary

Revolution Medicines, based in Redwood City, CA, seeks an Associate Director, Compliance – Field Commercialization to lead the field compliance program across Commercial and Medical teams during product launches and indication expansions.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Compliance, you will build scalable training, governance, and monitoring frameworks, partnering with Legal, Commercial, Medical, and Market Access to ensure compliant execution in a dynamic commercial landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in healthcare compliance, legal, regulatory, or related pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Significant experience supporting Commercial and Medical Affairs in a biopharmaceutical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and serve as a trusted advisor on compliance matters.
• Proven experience developing and implementing compliance programs, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field-facing compliance strategy for Commercial and Medical field organizations.
• Develop scalable field compliance programs and governance processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate field compliance risks across launches and indications.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Commercial, Medical, and Market Access leadership to align strategy with business objectives.
• Oversee auditing, monitoring, and CAPA activities for field-related compliance.
• Maintain expert knowledge of healthcare laws and industry guidance affecting field activities.
