• Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years in healthcare compliance within pharma/biotech.
• Deep knowledge of US healthcare laws (OIG, PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act, False Claims Act, FDA regulations, FCPA).
• Experience supporting pre-commercial phases and product launches.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills; travel ~25%.
