act as a strategic compliance partner across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services; lead risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and embed compliance into launch activities; represent compliance on decision-making forums; design and deliver compliance training; develop policies and conduct audits; foster a culture of ethics and integrity; and potentially build and lead a compliance team.
Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years in healthcare compliance within pharma/biotech; deep knowledge of US healthcare laws (OIG, PhRMA Code, Sunshine Law, Anti-Kickback, False Claims Act, FDA regulations, FCPA); experience supporting pre-commercial phases and product launches; proven ability to collaborate and build partnerships; high ethical standards; excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to travel (~25%).
