Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director - Compliance to lead the US compliance program and team, ensuring adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and standards while supporting business growth.

This role designs policies, conducts risk assessments, oversees investigations, and partners with senior leadership and the US Compliance Committee. Hybrid in Warren, NJ or fully remote with quarterly NJ travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and compliance certification or equivalent.
• At least 10 years in US pharmaceutical compliance.
• Deep knowledge of US laws (Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA regs, Sunshine Act).
• Experience building compliance programs and managing teams.

Responsibilities
