Job summary

Drunk Elephant, a brand within Shiseido Americas, seeks a Senior Manager of US Communications. The role will drive influencer strategy, expand relationships across platforms, and coordinate with events, retail moments, and paid content to raise brand awareness.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in influencer engagement, PR, or social media, with strong industry relationships and proficiency with Tribe Dynamics and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Influencer Engagement, Communications/PR and/or Social Media.
• Experience with influencer management platforms e.g. Tribe Dynamics and office tools (MS Office).
• Strong relationships with industry editors, influencers and agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage tactics that ladder up to the brand influencer strategy.
• Expand and deepen influencer relationships across platforms and events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to include influencers in retailer moments and paid content.
• Negotiate contracts for paid opportunities and develop holistic paid/earned strategies.
• Develop US press strategies and maintain relationships with beauty editors and journalists.
