Shiseido Americas, a subsidiary of Shiseido Company Limited, seeks a Manager of Global Social Content in New York. Lead social storytelling, manage lo-fi content requests with cross-functional teams, and deliver engaging content for brand awareness and conversion.

Strong editing, writing, filming, and analytics skills are required. The role drives social-first content strategies across channels, partners with Creative and Marketing, and guides content creators.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in social media and/or content development.
• Experience filming, editing, and writing for social media channels.
• Effective multi-tasker who works well with cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about social media and social media trends.
• Understands TikTok and Instagram analytics.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).

JOB SUMMARY

The Manager of Global Social Content will be a key driver in social storytelling through static and video assets as well as brand voice. This role will be responsible for managing all lo-fi content requests including, but not limited to, social, digital, retailer, paid media, and global marketing in partnership with Creative. This person will concept, execute and deliver engaging social first imagery and video that will drive brand awareness and conversion. They must have the ability to delegate content requests to appropriate content creators and manage work streams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Conceptualize, produce, edit and publish socially native content specific to individualized channel strategy
• Produce and manage any lo-fi asset production requests for cross functional departments including but not limited to US Marketing, Global Marketing, Paid Media and Global Social Media
• Manage all content production streams with content creators and freelancers including writing briefs, selecting creators, reviewing/approving content
• Deliver highly engaging, educational and entertaining content to drive conversion for multiple disciplines within organization to drive business
• Analyze content and campaign performance on global social channels and provide recommendations for future content.
• Research content best practices and emerging trends and apply to lo-fi content strategy, always thinking creatively, on-brand and on-trend.
• Support Global Social Media Team in developing a social-first content strategy that builds community, increases engagement and boosts brand awareness
• You will perform other duties as assigned

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience working in social media and/or content development
• Experience filming, editing, and writing for social media channels
• Effective multi-tasker who works well with cross-functional teams
• Passionate about social media and social media trends
• Understands TikTok and Instagram analytics

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
