LGC Group is seeking a Payroll leader to manage US and Canada payrolls, ensuring timely payments and GL reconciliation. You will partner with our outsourced vendor and Tax team, know US benefits interaction with payroll, and maintain compliance across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates will have proven payroll leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience with SAP/ADP/Kronos. The role offers flexible work options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have proven payroll management experience.
• Deep knowledge of US payroll regulations and taxes.
• Experience with multi-location payroll and vendor coordination.
• Proficient with SAP/ADP/Kronos and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and numeric skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US and Canada payroll processing and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with outsourced payroll vendor and Tax team.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies; liaise with auditors.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reports; respond to inquiries.
• Lead payroll system upgrades and timekeeping coordination.
