Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience including regional or multi-site responsibility.
• Significant, hands-on union and labor relations experience across multiple U.S. sites.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment law.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the US manufacturing sites' people strategy.
• Drive HR strategic projects aligned with the people agenda.
• Oversee labor relations strategy including collective bargaining and grievances.
• Lead HRBP teams and act as partner to VP of Operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across US jurisdictions.
