Job summary

Elanco Animal Health Incorporated in Indianapolis is seeking a US Brand Manager for our Dairy Feed Additives portfolio. You will lead two brands—Rumensin and Bovaer—driving strategy, activation, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and external agencies.

You will own the marketing lifecycle, budgets, forecasts, and messaging, partnering with our global sustainability team to align with Elanco's purpose and growth goals in the US Dairy segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in marketing or brand management.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Rumensin and Bovaer.
• Own the marketing budget and forecast; contribute to long-range plans.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and channel teams to drive value propositions.
• Oversee brand messaging and promotional review processes (PromoMats).
