Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Brand Manager for the Dairy portfolio in Indianapolis, guiding strategy and execution to strengthen market leadership. You will partner with sales, finance and technical teams to deliver integrated marketing plans that support dairy producers and animals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, budget stewardship, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on growth across brands and delivering measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans and translating data into actionable insights.

Your Role: Brand Manager, Dairy

As a Brand Manager on the Dairy Marketing Team, you will be a key leader within the US Marketing organization, responsible for driving the strategy and success of brands within our dairy portfolio. In this role, you will champion your brands to advance our mission of supporting dairy producers and the animals in their care. You will partner closely with sales, finance, and technical teams to build and execute impactful marketing plans that deliver on both customer needs and Elanco’s financial goals. Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Ag Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to understand data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
