BBRecruitingUS seeks a seasoned Project Manager to own on-site installations of pharma process systems in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee installation, commissioning, and handover to pharma customers, ensuring GMP compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading installation and commissioning of pharma/biopharma process equipment or similar GMP systems.
• Proven track record delivering complex mechanical/electrical/automation projects on time in regulated environments.
• Hands-on fluency with P&IDs, PLC/HMI systems, and GMP documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ).

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and commissioning across sites, ensuring GMP compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from Europe to US site execution.
• Deliver IQ/OQ documentation that withstands FDA audits.
• Own HSE on large projects and manage customer communication.
• Plan and drive on-site schedules to 8–12 installations per year.
