Job summary

MMR Consulting is seeking an experienced engineer to support pharmaceutical/biotech projects in Raleigh, NC. The role covers design, commissioning, qualification, start-up and project management of clean utility and related facilities at client sites.

You will lead multi-discipline teams, develop PFDs/PDIs, IQ/OQ/PQ, and ensure cGMP compliance. Travel may be required; mentoring and strong communication are essential for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of commissioning/qualification/validation in pharma/biotech
Experience with cGMP requirements
Expertise in pharmaceutical water systems
Experience with industrial utilities (air, ammonia chillers, boilers, cooling towers)
PW/WFI/CS and HVAC experience
Ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects
Travel may be required
Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical

Responsibilities

Lead design, installation, commissioning and qualification deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
Provide technical guidance on PW, WFI, CS, HVAC, CA and gases
Coordinate cross-functional meetings to drive design reviews and progress
Supervise contractors during critical testing
Support client sites with safety policies and project delivery
