True Red Recruitment is working with an established international engineering and process systems business that is continuing to build its U.S. operation.
We're looking for a Field Site Manager to take responsibility for coordinating installation and commissioning activities at customer sites across North America.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a construction, engineering or industrial project background who enjoys being hands-on, working with people and keeping projects moving.
You don't necessarily need a pharmaceutical background.
Experience in power generation, industrial construction, manufacturing, energy, data centres, semiconductor, chemical, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated/technical environments could all be relevant.
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, customers, subcontractors and site teams to make sure work is properly planned, coordinated and delivered safely, to the required quality and schedule.
You'll have significant responsibility on site, but you'll also have strong support from an experienced international team.
We're particularly interested in people who have 5+ years' experience working on large or technically complex construction/industrial projects.
Your industry background could include:
Pharmaceutical / Biotech | Power Generation | Energy | Industrial | Manufacturing | Semiconductor | Data Centres | Chemical | Process Engineering | Advanced Manufacturing
The key is your ability to coordinate people, understand technical requirements and keep site activities moving.
A background in a highly regulated environment is advantageous, but pharmaceutical experience is not essential.
You’ll receive comprehensive training on systems and processes at their European headquarters before taking on your U.S. assignments.
This isn't simply another site-based position.
You'll be joining the U.S. operation at an important stage of its growth and will have the opportunity to help shape how projects are delivered, build relationships with customers and ultimately help develop the company's U.S. service capability.
If you're an experienced Project Coordinator, Assistant PM, Project Manager, Site Manager or Field Engineer looking for a role with more responsibility, international exposure and a genuine route into leadership, we'd like to hear from you.
