Job summary

Wenergy Storage is seeking a regional technical liaison to drive engagement in the North US energy storage market, understand local customer standards, and provide full-process technical support for regional sales development.

You will respond to technical inquiries, offer implementation guidance for energy storage and power solutions, and apply AC side technology expertise to resolve on-site issues during project progress.

Qualifications

• Efficient communication and collaboration skills, and be adaptable to docking with domestic and overseas teams.
• Have working experience in the energy storage and power industries with solid professional expertise.
• Have rich practical and project service experience in power AC side technology.
• Be able to reside in the United States on a long-term basis and adapt to the local overseas work rhythm.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into the North US energy storage market, be familiar with local customer standards and requirements, and provide full-process technical support for regional sales business development.
• Respond to technical inquiries from North US customers, and provide professional answers and implementation guidance for technical solutions in the energy storage and power industries.
• Leverage extensive experience in AC side technology to assist in solving various on-site technical problems during project advancement.
• Cooperate with the domestic pre-sales team to make up for the team’s lack of experience in North US market services and optimize the local pre-sales technical service system.
• Collect technical standards, market trends and customer demand information of the North US energy storage industry, and feed back to the domestic team to optimize business strategies.
