CarusiHR & Co. Srl Unipersonale is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the US market for high-speed milling systems and 5-axis machine tools.

You will develop strategies with the Sales Director, manage major negotiations, and strengthen key accounts while focusing on return on investment for customers. The role requires strong technical knowledge, willingness to travel across the United States, and leadership in pricing, market positioning, and post-sale support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in direct sales of technologically advanced machine tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of metal cutting processes and high-speed milling systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for the US market in collaboration with the Sales Director.
• Oversee pricing strategy and major negotiations with strategic customers.
• Increase sales by expanding machines sold and order value.
• Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and take corrective actions to hit targets.
• Analyze customer processes to identify customized technical solutions.
