dormakaba Americas is seeking an Accounting Manager – US Lead in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will oversee the US accounting function, lead monthly close, ensure accurate financial reporting, and uphold internal controls in alignment with global standards.

Collaborate with shared services, tax, and audit teams to support statutory reporting and process improvements. The role requires strong leadership, US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and experience with ERP systems as the company drives transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, internal controls, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for North America.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and corporate reporting requirements.
• Partner with shared services, tax, audit, and global finance teams for statutory reporting and internal controls.
• Drive accounting process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Support business transformation projects including ERP implementations and integrations.
