Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for North America with timely, accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and corporate reporting requirements; prepare reporting packages and statements.
• Partner with shared services, tax, audit, and global finance teams to support statutory reporting and internal controls.
• Drive accounting process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support ERP implementations and accounting-related integration projects.

HIRING SALARY RANGE:

What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuringtimelyandaccuratefinancial reporting for North America
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and corporate reporting requirements, including reporting package submissions and financial statement preparation
• Partner with shared services, tax, audit, and global finance teams to support statutory reporting, internal controls, and compliance activities
• Drive accounting process standardization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Support business transformation projects, including ERP implementations, organizational changes, and accounting-related integration activities

What we require

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, internal controls, audit processes, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a corporate environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications

What we prefer

• CPA, MBA, or other relevant advanced certifications
• Experience leading accounting process improvement, standardization, or system implementation initiatives
• Working knowledge of SAP, S/4HANA, and emerging AI technologies
• Experience supporting accounting operations within a manufacturing environment
