Job summary

You will partner with shared services, tax, and finance teams, drive process improvements, and support ERP initiatives. The role requires a CPA or MBA preferred and a strong track record in US GAAP and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, internal controls, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for North America with timely, accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and corporate reporting requirements; prepare reporting packages and statements.
• Partner with shared services, tax, audit, and global finance teams to support statutory reporting and internal controls.
• Drive accounting process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support ERP implementations and accounting-related integration projects.
