Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated quota track record.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Experience at companies with world-class sales training and development preferred.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and long sales cycles.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence to earn credibility with physicians.
• Coachable, competitive, and accountable.
• Willingness to perform in a metrics-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage the expense budget responsibly.
• Build a territory from scratch without inheriting a book of business.
• Develop relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic staff.
• Drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.
