Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Hunter mentality with comfort in cold outreach, gatekeepers, and long sales cycles.
• Coachable, competitive, and accountable; you own your numbers and results.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence when engaging physicians.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate CRM data.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage territory expenses as a business.
