Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a results-driven Territory Manager to cover the Illinois North Chicago area. You will build a new territory from the ground up, educate clinicians on product value, and drive prescription growth through strategic outreach and in-clinic demonstrations.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of B2B sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel daily. Strong communication and a professional presence are essential to earn clinician credibility.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated quota achievement.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Experience at companies known for world‑class sales training and development is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and long sales cycles.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence to earn credibility with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage the expense budget responsibly.
• Build a territory from scratch without an inherited book of business.
• Progress toward full Territory Manager roles and beyond based on performance.
