Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across a defined geography. You will educate clinicians on the benefits of products and drive prescription growth by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.

You will build and manage a territory pipeline, maintain CRM data, and conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Hunter mentality with comfort with cold outreach and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
