Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on product benefits
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM
• Execute in-clinic education and product demonstrations for clinical staff
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage territory expenses
