Job summary

HR HealthCare in York, PA is seeking a Specialty Urology Territory Manager to drive sales growth in strategic accounts, including SCI rehabilitation hospitals, urology offices, spina bifida clinics, and home health agencies.

You will cultivate partnerships, build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and promote HRHC’s continence care products while meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas and expanding market share in a growing home care division.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with the ability to explain clinical information clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2–4 years of successful medical/urology sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account-level strategies to grow HRHC brand awareness and product use within Strategic Accounts.
• Plan daily call routines to cover key accounts effectively.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and maximize territory revenue growth.
• Maintain relationships with decision-makers across hospitals, clinics, and home health channels.
• Conduct product demonstrations, patient education, and in-services at Strategic Accounts as needed.
• Use CRM tools to organize account information and generate timely sales reports.
