Job summary

Photocure is seeking an Account Manager to drive Cysview sales across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and parts of New York. You will profile accounts, conduct needs analysis, and close with hospitals, clinics, ambulatory centers, and other major medical facilities.

Responsibilities include delivering a Territory Business Plan, building relationships with urology decision-makers, promoting training programs, handling CRM and administrative tasks, and traveling up to 75% to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MBA/MS degree required.
• Frequent business travel up to 75%.
• Must reside within the geographic area of assignment.
• Device / Hospital sales experience.
• Operating room experience.
• Understanding of payer reimbursement process.
• Drug/Device combination experience.
• Urology/Oncology experience.
• Strong sales track record and communication skills.
• Ability to execute sales and marketing plan and manage territory budget.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales objectives within assigned geographic area.
• Delivering a Territory Business Plan.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key Urology decision makers and other healthcare providers with assigned accounts.
• Discuss and demonstrate the company’s product and understand device/equipment partners.
• Maintain a high profile with decision-makers of the assigned strategic accounts.
• Promote, facilitate, and conduct all required customer training programs.
• Routinely contact and manage sales promotion related to assigned territory.
• Complete all administrative duties (CRM input, expense reporting, etc.) in a timely fashion and work within the specified budget.
• Consistently execute all field sales activities with a high degree of professionalism.
• Perform job functions with adherence to promotional guidelines and corporate code of conduct policies.
• Work collaboratively with promotional marketing partners.
• Attend Urological industry meetings as needed.
