Job summary

Dayton Physicians seeks an experienced RN for Telephone Triage (Urology) to support ambulatory patients via established triage protocols. The role is onsite in Englewood, OH and requires strong nursing judgment and communication.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. You will assess patients, determine urgency, provide self-care guidance, and coordinate care with physicians and the care team to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice
• B.S.N. from four-year college preferred; Associate degree acceptable
• CPR certification required or obtained within 60 days

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone assessments using triage protocols
• Prioritize calls and provide timely care recommendations
• Document interactions in the EHR accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and care team for continuity of care
• Educate patients on symptoms, meds, orders and follow-up
