Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) - Urology for our Elmhurst, IL clinic. The role involves phone triage, patient education, and managing immediate and ongoing patient needs with a focus on acute and preventive care.

The position requires Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification. BSN preferred; candidate must be able to work flexible hours and travel as needed, with a generally Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA).
• Office RN and BSN preferred.
• Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage and patient education.
• Continuous Glucose Monitor placement, testing, insurance pre-authorization and referrals.
• Maintain exam rooms, stock, and clean facilities.
