Job summary

Laborie is seeking a Surgical Specialist to support the Urology team and maximize revenue growth. You will collaborate with the Operating Room-based Sales team to guide staff pre-, intra-, and post-operatively and build strong customer relationships across the territory.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, territory management, and post-sales support, with travel across the assigned region. A Bachelor's degree and OR experience are required, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years in an Operating Room environment, preferably with a medical device background.
• Clinical background in Urology preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue and hit annual goals.
• Product Expertise: demonstrate strong knowledge of the Urology portfolio and Laborie products.
• Territory Management: develop skills in business planning, pipeline management and CRM reporting.
• Customer Engagement: build relationships, present value propositions, and increase account penetration.
• Post-Sales Support & Reporting: conduct follow-up visits, trainings, and communicate feedback.
