Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp in Missouri is seeking a Surgical Specialist to partner with the Operating Room-based Sales team, drive revenue, and achieve annual sales goals within the territory.

The role requires 1-2 years of OR experience, strong product knowledge in the urology portfolio, and the ability to manage accounts through pre-, intra-, and post-operative support. Travel across the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-2 years of Operating Room experience, OR experience preferred.
• Clinical background in Urology preferred.
• Strong OR knowledge with materials management/procurement.
• Credentialing to access accounts in geography.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by executing team strategies to meet annual goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of urology products and Laborie lines to support customers.
• Develop territory plans, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
• Build relationships, present value, and increase account penetration.
• Provide post-sales support, training, and communicate opportunities to teams.
