Job summary

The Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, seeks a physician specializing in urology to lead clinical care, perform robotic, laparoscopic, open and endoscopic surgeries, and supervise residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold full and unrestricted medical license in the US.
• Completion of an accredited residency in a core specialty.
• Board certification or eligibility for faculty status in Urology.

Responsibilities

• Admit, evaluate, diagnose, treat illnesses and injuries of the genitourinary systems.
• Perform urological surgeries including robotic, laparoscopic, open and endoscopic approaches.
• Lead and supervise residents and fellows, ensuring adherence to ACGME guidelines.
• Provide consultation services to other departments and manage complex patients.
