Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted Urology accounts, including large group practices and hospital-affiliated sites within a defined territory.

You will engage Urologists, APPs, practice admins, and clinical staff to support patient identification, treatment selection, and appropriate product utilization, while meeting sales targets through an integrated territory plan and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical/medical/biotech sales experience.
• 2+ years of large practice group account management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight travel; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption and access.
• Plan activities to maximize call coverage and frequency to key customers.
