Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative to drive adoption of approved products across targeted urology accounts, including large group practices and hospital-affiliated clinics.

You will engage Urologists, APPs, administrators, and clinical staff to support patient identification, treatment selection, and appropriate product utilization within approved indications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated pharmaceutical/medical/biotech sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access into consistent prescribing within accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify barriers to product adoption and address them with cross-functional teams.
• Plan activities to maximize access and sales opportunities and optimize coverage.
