Syneos Health in Duluth, MN seeks a Urology Specialty Representative to drive adoption of our urology products across targeted accounts, including large group practices and hospital-affiliated sites. You will engage Urologists, APPs and clinical staff to support patient identification, treatment selection and product utilization.

You will develop and execute an integrated territory plan, deliver scientific brand presentations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work to overcome

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of sales experience in pharma/medical/biotech.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Translate formulary wins into consistent prescribing.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility and treatment selection.
• Identify barriers to product adoption and address them.
• Plan activities to optimize call coverage and frequency.
