Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative in Saint Paul, MN to drive adoption of approved products across urology accounts.

You will engage urologists, APPs, and clinic staff to support patient identification, treatment selection and workflow optimization, while meeting sales targets through an integrated territory plan. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into prescribing and utilization within targeted accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and the clinical rationale supporting the value proposition.
• Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption.
• Plan and organize activities to achieve call metrics and optimize coverage with key customers.
• Develop product and account knowledge and stay informed about market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends and determine opportunities to drive performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and strategy.
