BayCare is seeking a Site Manager III in St. Petersburg, FL, to oversee daily operations of a physician practice in Urology. The role emphasizes service excellence, regulatory compliance, and team leadership within a multi-site health network.

Responsibilities include managing utilization, finances, staffing, and patient satisfaction, while coordinating with senior directors to ensure quality and regulatory adherence. This full-time role follows a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership in health delivery settings or ambulatory clinics.
• Healthcare environment knowledge and HIPAA familiarity recommended.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee utilization management and daily business operations of the physician practice at the facility.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and risk management at the facility level.
• Oversee maintenance and purchasing for the facility.
• Manage patient access, insurance verification, utilization management, charge entry, and collections.
• Coordinate with Directors for Clinical Quality, Compliance, and CBO.
• Maintain consistent office hours and service quality.
