Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Site Manager II for our Primary Care location in Wesley Chapel, FL. This full-time role oversees daily operations of the physician practice and ensures efficient patient access and service delivery.

The position requires leadership experience in health delivery, strong communication, and a solid grasp of regulatory compliance. Regular hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential variation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s in Business may substitute.
• 4 years leadership in a health delivery setting with HS diploma or equivalent; or
• 5 years physician or ambulatory clinic office with HS diploma or equivalent; or
• 2 years leadership with Bachelor’s; or
• 3 years physician/clinic office experience with Bachelor’s.

Responsibilities

• Oversee utilization management and daily business operations of the physician practice at the facility.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and risk management at the facility level.
• Oversee maintenance and purchasing for the facility.
• Manage patient access, insurance verification, utilization management, charge entry, collections, clinical support, quality improvement, referral relations, patient satisfaction, personnel management, and problem solving.
• Act as liaison to Director of Physician Services, Director of Clinical Quality and Compliance, and Director of CBO.
• Office hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, hours may vary.
