Job summary

OneOncology is looking for a Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead pharmacy efforts across the United Urology Group network. The role involves strategic planning, operational excellence, and collaboration with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient care.

The ideal candidate will have strong oncology experience, regulatory knowledge, and project management skills, ready to act as a resource for clinical inquiries and operational initiatives. A BS in Pharmacy or PharmD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in oncology pharmacy operations.
• Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy or Oncology preferred.
• Current pharmacist license is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Directs all pharmacy operations at United Urology Group.
• Develop strategies to enhance in-office dispensing operations.
• Collaborates with pharmacy staff and clinical teams.

Skills

Expert knowledge of cancer medications

Project management skills

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of USP 795, 797 and 800

Knowledge of pharmacy operations

Education

BS in Pharmacy or PharmD (preferred)

Current Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy or Oncology

Minimum 2-year oncology experience required

Current unrestricted pharmacist license
