• Performafull spectrumofgeneralurologicprocedures,includingendoscopic,laparoscopic,andopencases
• Delivercomprehensiveinpatientandoutpatienturologiccare
• Participateincallcoverageandemergencyurologicservices
• Collaboratewithclinicadministrationon:Scopeofservices;Equipmentplanning(cystoscopy,roboticsifapplicable,imaging,etc.);Workflowoptimizationandclinicefficiency;Standardizationofclinicalprotocolsandcarepathways
• Leada multidisciplinaryapproachtopatientcarewithprimarycare,oncology,nephrology,andsurgicalteams
• Establishandmonitorqualityandoutcomemetrics toensurehighstandardsofcare
• Identifyandaddressclinicalandoperationalissuesaffectingthemedicalstaff
• Maintainstrongreferralrelationshipswithcommunityphysiciansandregionalproviders
• Supportdevelopmentandexpansionoftheurologyserviceline
